EduVerseHub Terms and Conditions for Trainers

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a trainer on EduVerseHub, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional guidelines, policies, or rules that may be posted on the platform from time to time.

2. Trainer Eligibility
To be eligible to register as a trainer on EduVerseHub, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Possess the necessary qualifications, skills, and expertise to teach the courses you offer.
Provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your teaching activities.
3. Trainer Responsibilities
As a trainer on EduVerseHub, you are responsible for:

Course Content: Creating and delivering high-quality, original course content that is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to learners. You must ensure that your content complies with intellectual property laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.
Communication: Responding to learner inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You must communicate respectfully and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct: Maintaining a professional demeanor and upholding EduVerseHub’s standards of integrity, respect, and inclusivity. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Compliance: Adhering to all applicable laws, including data protection, intellectual property, and anti-fraud regulations. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for the content you provide.
Payment: Providing accurate payment details and complying with our payment policies. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with payments received through the platform.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: As a trainer, you retain ownership of the content you create and deliver on EduVerseHub. However, by submitting content to the platform, you grant EduVerseHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
Prohibited Content: You may not upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate. EduVerseHub reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
5. Payment Terms
Revenue Sharing: EduVerseHub operates on a revenue-sharing model. As a trainer, you will receive a percentage of the revenue generated from the courses you deliver, as outlined in our payment policy.
Payment Schedule: Payments will be made [monthly/quarterly] based on the revenue earned from your courses. Payments are subject to any applicable fees and will be processed via your selected payment method.

Termination by Trainer: You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to EduVerseHub. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your trainer account, and any outstanding payments will be processed in accordance with our payment schedule.
Termination by EduVerseHub: EduVerseHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any other policy. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments owed to you will be processed in accordance with our payment schedule, subject to any deductions for violations.
Course Continuity: Upon termination, EduVerseHub may continue to offer your courses to existing learners, but no new enrollments will be allowed. You will no longer receive payments for courses delivered after termination.
7. Confidentiality
As a trainer, you may have access to confidential information about EduVerseHub, its users, and other trainers. You agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent from EduVerseHub.

8. Limitation of Liability
EduVerseHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to any loss of revenue or data. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you earned through the platform in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms
EduVerseHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the revised Terms on our platform and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law
